Do I Have Air Conditioning?

The majority of Oregon rentals do not have air conditioning, as it is not required. All of our ads will specify if there is air conditioning. Ignore what your thermostat says, and look for an exterior AC unit. Be prepared to beat the heat! Ask if the home you're interested in has AC.
