At PURE Property Management of Oregon, we welcome all your family members! We pride ourselves on accepting pet(s) at most rental properties - we’re able to do this by partnering with our third party screening company, PetScreening.com. As our future resident, you will create an individualized profile for your unique pet(s) to be reviewed. If you do not currently have a four legged best friend, we still ask that you create a profile - this profile can be updated at any time!
Your individual profile will contain information such as ownership, veterinarian records, compatibility and, if applicable, Assistance Animal documentation. PetScreening.com will produce a Paw Score / FIDO score based on provided documents and answers to their questionnaire. This paw score then determines your monthly pet rent(s).
You will have access to your pet profile(s) for 1 year to share with groomers, boarding facilities, pet sitters / walkers and much more. Thank you for renting with PURE Property Management of Oregon and we look forward to providing a great home for you and your household!
